More lottery goodness!
Tomy is making a limited edition shiny Mega Rayquaza monster collection figure! It will be hyper sized and will have a limited production run of 1,000. Those in Japan can enter to win it by sending in 3 bar codes from various Tomy products to Tomy starting March 14th through to the 31st of July. Winners will be chosen in August.
