First up, the pokemoncenter.com has listed the Trainer Red: Champion Ver. Nendoroid! It costs $99.99. It is also listed on Amazon. (UPDATE: Both sites are currently sold out). They also listed some 20th logo shirts and have the 3DS anniversary bundle for sale.

Toys "R" Us:
